Dr. Frank Hospers, son of Sioux County pioneer parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius and Nellie (Galman) Hospers, died in the Huntington Convalescence Home in Pasadena, California, Thursday, April 16, after a long illness.

Dr. Hospers was born in Orange City, Iowa in 1889, and lived here until after his graduation from the Northwestern Classical Academy in 1906. He graduated from Hope College and the University at Iowa City where he received his BDS Degree. He was a veteran of World War I and practiced dentistry in Chicago for many years. After retiring he moved to California where he lived until his death.

He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. J.C. Gleysteen and Mrs. G.J. Slobe of Orange City and one brother, Carl Hospers of Santa Barbara, California.

Interment will be in the Orange City Cemetery.
