Falkena, Anna born 1905 died 1939 buried in Carmel cemetery Carmel IA as listed in the Sioux County Iowa cemetery index. No obit was readily found.

Note: in the obit of Abe Falkena 1888-1981 it mentions he married a second time to Anna Van Veldhuizen in 1934 , she died June 28, 1939.
Anna Van Veldhuizen is listed in the 1925 Iowa census as 19 years old living in Plato Township Sioux County IA daughter of John Van Veldhuizen and Effie Vander Vliet. Her head stone in the Carmel cemetery indicated she was a mother.

Found on ancestry.com Anna Van Veldhuizen born 27 Jun 1905 ND died 28 Jun 1939 Ireton IA. Married to Abe Feikes Falkena on 27 Sep 1934 Sioux Center IA.

In the 1940 census Abe Falkena/Falkema had the following childen - Coba 16 by first wife, Abe 4, Everett 3, Fred 2, and Andrew 9 mo. The last four children were evidently children of Anna.
