Mrs. Frieda Holthusen, wife of William Holthusen, former residents of this vicinity, passed away Tuesday night October 17th at the Taft Memorial Home in Hills, Minnesota, after a lingering illness.

Funeral services for Mrs. Holthusen will be held Friday, October 23, at 1:30 P.M. at the Jongewaard Funeral Chapel and at 2:00 P.M. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Rock Rapids. Reverend S.J. Meyer will officiate.

Interment will be at the St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery near Hull.
