Little Son of Reverend and Mrs. John and Henrietta (DeGeest) Hoksbergen Laid to Rest

A graveside funeral service was held at Hope Cemetery, Hull, Iowa, Friday, September 20, 1946 for the 10 day old infant son of Reverend and Mrs. John Hoksbergen of Valley Springs, South Dakota.

Roger John Hoksbergen was born September 7, 1946 in a Luverne, Minnesota, hospital and a few days later was taken to a throat specialist in a Sioux Falls, South Dakota hospital where he passed away.

Mourning the departure of little Roger John are his parents, one sister and a brother.

Reverend Van Dyk of Sioux Falls had charge of the services at the home in Valley Springs and Reverend H. Van't Kerkhoff of Hull at the graveside in the cemetery here.
