Erfert, Hiram J. born 8 Jun 1886 died Aug 1966. Buried in the Greenwood cemetery Matlock IA as listed in the Sioux county IA cemetery Index. No obit in the Sioux County papers was found. They were known to live in the Sheldon IA area in O'Brien County.

Note: From an ancestry.com file (done by others) Hiram was the son of Adolph Erfert 1849-1887 and Margaret Ellen Long 1858-1923, his first wife was Josephine Schlieht born 1900. Married 7 Sep 1922, their last residence was Sheldon IA. After she died in 1930 he married Elizabeth Lueders.
