Baby dies Saturday noon, Oct 6 a premature baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs Albert Engbers at LeMars. The infant died and was buried Monday at the Alton cemetery.

Note in the 1940 census Albert Engbers was 31 born 1909 IA lived in LeMars IA, wife was Willemina 26, one child Glenda F. 4 mo.
