Died : Saturday evening, March ,28th, at his home in Sheldon of quick consumption. Mr. Thos. Weir. Deceased was ill but a short time and was a patient sufferer. He was a devoted member of the Catholic church, a good husband and father. He leaves a wife and three small hoys to mourn their untimely loss. Funeral services were hold in the Catholic church as Sheldon. Monday morning at o'clock, after which the remains were brought to this city and laid to rest . Rev. Father Hartigan preaching a very appropriate sermon, That Thomas Weir was generally esteemed by his neighbors, was fully attested by the many sorrowing friends who stood beside him in death and followed his remained to their last resting place. May his soul rest in peace.
