Mr. and Mrs. Walter Koenig mourn the loss of their eighteen months old baby, Virginia, who succumbed on Friday night to an illness of measles and pneumonia. The funeral was held yesterday at the Phil Schneider home near Hinton. Rev. S. M. Wilcox, of St. George's Episcopal church, officiating, and the remains were brought to this city for interment. Mr. and Mrs. Koenig have the sympathy of many friends in their bereavement.--LeMars Sentinel.
Mrs. Koenig will be remembered by Alton people as Miss Jessie Campbell who formerly made her home with Mr. and Mrs. G. Vanden Burg here. Mr. and Mrs. Vanden Burg attended the funeral.
