Eichmann, Louis Ludwig ‘Lewis’ born July 20, 1869 Seward, Kendall Illinois, died Aug 12, 1944 Matlock IA buried in Greenwood cemetery Matlock IA, as listed in the Sioux County cemetery Index. No obituary in the local papers was readily available possibly posted in the Sheldon papers.

Note: From a family report on ancestry.com (done by others) Louis Ludwig Eichmann born 1869 died 1944 was the son of Ludwig Christoph Eichmann 1807-1878 and Mary Nesemeir 1852-1951. He was married Apr 4, 1895 to Catherine ‘Katie’ Gassmund 1876-1956. They had several children Alfred 1898, Luella 1900, Emery 1902, Harley 1903, Sylvia 1904, Goldie 1905, Ida 1908, Ora 1909, Emma 1910, Lucille 1915 and Alethia 1918. Noticed in this report that he married Sarah Bulingame Jun 1, 1968 and divorced May 13, 1976.
