Note: The child's mother's maiden name was Raak and was the second wife of Albert Popma.
The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Popma died at the home here last Thursday after several weeks’ illness of whooping cough.

Le Mars, IowaThe infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Popma passed away at the family home west of town Thursday, the cause of death being whooping cough. Funeral services were conducted from the Am. Ref. Church Saturday afternoon by Rev. Duiker. Burial took place in the Maurice Cemetery.
