Egan, Elizabeth died 9 Dec 1884 at 47 years 22 days, Mrs. Peter Egan, buried in St. Joseph’s cemetery Hull, IA as listed in the Sioux County IA Headstone Index, The name was spelled Egean on the headstone. No obituary was readily found in the papers.

Note: In a family history account on ancestry.com (done by others) Eliza Alice Linn born about 1836 County Antrim Ireland died 9 Dec 1883, she was the wife of Peter Egan born Jun 1833 Castleraigh, County Roscommon, Ireland, he died 29 Dec 1896 in MN. Their children were Peter D 1858, John 1863, James 1866, Mary 1870, Walter 1872 and Elizabeth 1875.
