Died: 1882Jacob Henrich passed on in 1882 in Alton, Iowa, at the age of 49. He was buried at Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Alton, Sioux County, Iowa.
Jacob Henrich was born, on September 3, 1833 in Weisweiller Ebsas Worthington (Lorraine) Europe. His parents were Mr. and Mrs. Jean and Gertrude (Maringer) Henrich. He married Anna Marie Weyant on November 17, 1861, in Enchenberg, Moselle, France. They came to America in 1863 and in 1878 the family came to Alton. They had 11 children in 14 years.
He is survived by his widow, Anna; six sons and one daughter: William, Edward, Nicholas, John, Jacob, Anna and Charles.
