WINFRED HENRICH RITES AT SOO CITY, BURIAL AT ALTON

Winfred Henrich of Sioux City, son of Mrs. Gertrude Henrich of Alton, born and reared here, died at his home Sunday after a long illness.

Mr. Henrich was born February 23, 1900 at Alton, Iowa. He moved to Sioux City nineteen years ago. He was a cabinet maker all his life until ill health forced his retirement. He married Florence Martin September 10, 1931.

He was a member of millwright union 179, St. Boniface Catholic Church and was a fourth-degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include the widow, Florence; three sons, Franklin, Winfred Jr., and Mathew, all of Sioux City; three sisters, Mrs. Joe List of Alton, Mrs. Ray Lubbehusen of St. Louis and Mrs. Wayne Kerr of Washington State, and the mother, Mrs. Gertrude Henrich of Alton.

Funeral services were at 9 A.M. Tuesday at St. Boniface Catholic Church. Reverend Ralph Scherrer officiating. Burial was made in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery at Alton with Rt. Msgr. Zeno Reising officiating.

Pallbearers were Leo Dickman, Earl Nichlos, Melvin List, Ray List, James List and Donald Delperdang.

Attending the rosary Monday evening were O.S. Henrich and George Henrich of Alton, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Meis of Granville. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Kass of Tracy, Minnesota came for the burial service.
