Helen Marie Wyffels

Helen Marie Wyffels, 64, of Rock Valley died Monday, January 18, 1988 in a hospital in Rock Valley after a long illness.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 22 in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Rock Valley with the Rev. Gerald Fisch officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. The rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. today in Porter Funeral Home in Rock Valley.
Miss Wyffels was. born July 15, 1923, on a family farm near Rock Valley. She attended rural Plato Township School #3 near Rock Valley and also St. Mary's Catholic School in
Rock Valley. She remained on the family farm caring for her parents and brothers until moving to Valley Manor Nursing Home in November 1984.
Miss Wyffels was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the church guild.
Survivors include a brother, John of Rock Valley; three sisters, Irene Ranschau of Rock Valley, and Loretta Wyffels and Mrs. Charles (Mildred) Walcott, both of Sioux City.
