Died: September 6,1969Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at St. John’s Catholic Church in Inwood, California for Harry Hastert, 59, who died September 6 of a heart attack at his home in Inglewood.
He is survived by the widow, Geneva (Solberg) Hastert; also by his mother, Mrs. Mary Hastert of Alton; a sister Mrs. Ralph Doud of Grand Island, Nebraska and by three brothers: James of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Don of Minneapolis and Charles of Alton.
The son of the late John Hastert, he grew up at Alton on the farm south of town but moved to California many years ago.
