Former Resident Of Dies in Crash

Funeral services for Gerrit Bliek, 37, of Denver CO. was killed Tuesday night in
in Indiana, when his car was in collision with a truck.

He had been attending a school for mechanics and was returning to Denver when the accident occurred. He was traveling alone.

Mr. Bliek is survived by his wife and three children, whose ages are nine and five besides his parents, and brothers and sisters
Mr and Mrs Martin Bliek, parents of the deceased and Mr. and Mrs. Arie Bliek, a brother, all of Rock Valley, left for Denver Wednesday night as funeral services will be held there Friday.
