Rock Valley column--Word was received here that Brooks Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. N. J. Brown of Akron, aged 17 years, formerly of this place, had died with pneumonia and was buried this week.

Hull column--The sad news reached here Monday that Brooks Brown, the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. N. J. Brown, former residents of Hull, had passed away early that morning, at his home in Akron, after a week's illness of pneumonia and inflammatory rheumatism. Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon, after which interment was made in the Akron cemetery. The bereaved parents have the sincere sympathy of the entire community.
