Mrs. Peter Wagenveld (Anna Yepma) was born October 28, l869 [sic] in Oostbierum, Friesland.

She was married to Gerrit Groeneveld in the year 1889. Six children were born to this union, 4 sons and 2 daughters, 3 sons, 1 daughter and her husband preceded her in death.

One son Clarence Groeneveld lives in Sioux City and one daughter, Mrs. Henry De Knikker lives at Volga, South Dakota.

Her second marriage was to Siebe De Jager, who also preceded her in death.

Her third marriage was to Peter Wagenveld January 21, 1926 with whom she lived until her death Friday August 15, 1941.

Funeral services were held Tuesday in the First Reformed Church with Reverend H. Colenbrander officiating and burial took place at Hull, lowa.

Sam Yepma of Sioux City, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Meyer of Humboldt, Jake Hop and children of Ireton and Mrs. Fred Baker of Volga, South Dakota were here to attend the funeral.

Former Hull Lady Buried Here Tuesday, August 19

Mrs. Peter Wagenveld of Orange City, a former resident of this place, died on Friday, August 15th. 1941, at the home of her daughter at Volga, South Dakota.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, August 19, from the First Reformed Church of Orange City with Reverend Colenbrander officiating. Interment was made in Hope Cemetery here at Hull beside her first husband, Mr. Gerrit Groeneveld.

Mrs. Peter Wagenveld was born on October 28, 1869 [sic].

She was married three times: first to Gerrit Groeneveld, then to a Mr. Siebe De Jager, and lastly to Mr. Peter Wagenveld. The Groeneveld and Wagenveld families were residents of Hull.

Surviving her are two children: Mrs. Henry Knikker of Volga, South Dakota, and Clarence Groeneveld of Sioux City; one brother, Sam Ypma of Sioux City; one sister; Mrs. Meyer of Humbolt, Iowa. The deceased was a sister-in-law of Mrs. Jake Ver Sluis of this place.
