Bailey Lyman S. C. Co. A 102 Inf. Pleasant Hill Cem Ireton

There is a military type head stone in the Ireton cemetery with this information on it. However, no information could be found on this person’s life or death in the Ireton Iowa area. We welcome anyone’s help identifying this burial. He evidently served in the civil war 1861-1865. In 1905 an article in the Hawarden paper mentioned that the grave of Lyman Bailey was decorated with other civil war burials.
