In the Sioux County Herald of Mar 16, 1882

‘Sheldon Mail’ Lewis Brewster of Grant township a member of the Sioux County Board of Suprvisoers has lost four children by scarlet fever during the past ten days.
Note: They were all children of Lewis Brewster and Mary Mc Gregor

Annie Agnes Brewster born 7 May 1872 died 11 Mar 1882 dau of Lewis and Mary buried Greenwood Cemetery Matlock IA.
John McGregor Brewster born 23 Oct 1874 died 14 Feb 1882 son of Lewis and Mary buried Greenwood cemetery Matlock IA.
William Robert Brewster born 1 Dec 1878 died 17 Feb 1882 son of Lewis Brewster and Mary McGregor buried Greenwood cemetery Matlock IA.
