Funeral services were held at Alton last week for Christopher Grady, 90, Granville Pioneer, who passed away November 7, at the Orange City Hospital. He was buried at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Granville, Sioux County, Iowa.

Christopher married Christina Matilda Schmidt on February 10, 1900. They are the parents of of six sons and four daughters: Leonard P., Edmund M., Sylvester A., Raymond N., Jerome T., Ambrose Clemens, Viola Ann, Joseph M., Christopher Joseph, Susan S., Cleste Ann and Clara.

Note: His parents were Leonard and Anna (Hecker) Grady
