Death’s sickle has again been in our midst. This time the Good Father saw fit to call those more ripe in years. On last Friday occurred the funeral of Mrs. H. Herghuis, whose recovery had been very doubtful for several weeks. On Saturday the funeral services of J. Zuidema took place at the church. Mr. Zuidema was 73 years old and had never been sick till Tuesday and on Thursday following, the second day of his sickness, died.
