Mrs. John Brandenburg Sr. passed away peacefully to eternal rest, after long illness, Death being due to paralysis and others complaints. The funeral was held at St. Anthony’s church, and was attended by a large number of friends from this place and elsewhere.

Notes: Listed in the Sioux County cemetery index as Jennie Brandenburg 1895-1928 the wife of George buried in St . Anthony’s cemetery at Hospers.

The 1920 census has her as Jane Brandenburg age 25 born in South Dakota, husband George 36 years children Gladys 2 and Lawrence 1. 1925 census has her living in Baker O’Brien Co. father John Riedmiller mother Kate Perott.
