Carroll Brand Lose Infant Son
Funeral services were held at the Little Chapel here at 3 pm Saturday for Robert Wayne Brand, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Brand of Sioux Center, who passed away at the Sioux Center Community hospital Friday, February 28, a few hours after his birth. Services were conducted by the Rev. H. E. Ketcham, pastor of The First Baptist church, and burial was made in the Sioux Center Community cemetery under the direction of Co-operative Funeral home.

Survivors besides his parents include two sisters, Nancy Kay, 12, and Susan Jane, 10; his paternalgrandmother, Mrs. Sarah Brand of Oskaloosa, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Tatum of Lake Worth, Fla. Relatives from a distance attending the funeral services were Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Tatum of Lincoln, Nebr., Raymond J. Brand of New Sharon, lA., Mrs. W. B. Vos of Sully, lA., and Mrs. Ernest Graham of Lynnville, lA.
