Wilhelmina "Minnie" Bonestroo, 96, of Hull died Tuesday, March 25, at the Pleasant Acres
Care Center in Hull. Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 27, at the First Reformed Church in Hull. The Rev. Verlyn Boone officiated. Interment followed at the
Hope Cemetery with Kraai-Oolman Funeral Home in charge.

Wilhelmina, who was known as "Minnie", was born Nov. 18, 1900, at Hull, the daughter of
Henry and Gertrude Korthals. On Feb. 4, 1919, she married Egbert Herman "Bert" Bonestroo at Hull. She lived her entire life in the Hull-Perkins area. Mr. Bonestroo died Feb. 9, 1978, at Sheldon. On Oct. 1, 1984, Mrs. Bonestroo became a resident of the Pleasant Acres Care Center in Hull. She was a member of the First Reformed Church where she had been active in a circle. She also belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary in Hull.

Survivors include four sons and their wives, Fred and Clara Bonestroo of Sheldon, Gerald
and Gertrude Bonestroo of Hull, Leonard and Henrietta Bonestroo of Boyden, and Thomas A. and Betty Bonestroo of Hull; a daughter, Albertha Rozeboom of Sioux Falls, S.D.; four daughters-in-law, Ellen Blom of Hull, Frances Oldenkamp of Doon, and Anne and Agnes Bonestroo, of Hull; 38 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by five sons, Egbert, Henry, Benjamin, Alvin, and Edward, in infancy; a son-in-law, Herman Rozeboom; a daughter-in-law, Nellie Bonestroo; three grandchildren, a great-grandchild; six brothers, Gerrit, Fred, Maas, Lane, and Henry Korthals; and two sisters, Effie De Boer and Kate Vanden Oever
