Lou Boersma passed away at his home early Monday morning following a long illness. Funeral
arrangements are still pending.

Out of town relatives attending the L. Boersma funeral rites last Wednesday afternoon were
John Visher and son Weslev and Gordon Stevenson of Lake Crystal Mn, Mr and Mrs. Gerrit Boersma, Harry Boersma, Mrs. Ellen Te Kroney of Clear Lake SD, and the list went on.

Note: The Sioux County cemetery index lists Lubbert Boersma born 1879 died 1943 buried Presbyterian Cemetery Hospers, IA. A full obituary was not readily found in the Sioux county newspapers on line. He was the son of Harke Boersma and Winnie Talsma.
