Mrs. Estella (Stickney) Craig, 78, of Long Beach, Cal., a former Rock Valley resident, died Friday in Long Beach hospital after a long illness. Estella Stickney married Le Roy Craig of Leeds, Iowa June 16. 1904. They lived in Sioux City about a year after their marriage, and then moved to Sioux Falls where she lived until moving to California in 1934. Her husband preceded her death in 1930. Estella Stickney Craig attended Hull Academy and Cedar Falls Normal Schools and taught school around Sheldon and Orange City. She was active in the work of the Methodist church.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Lucille Ericson of Elk Point S. D., Mrs. Marian Walker of San Francisco and Jean Collins of Long Beach Calif.; a sister Mrs. Emeralda Waldon of Portland, Ore., four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 26 at the grave side public cemetery at Hull at 11:30 a. m. The Manning O Toole Funeral home of Sioux City has charge of the arrangements . Rev. N. A. Price will officiate at the cemetery.
