MRS. PETER BELL
Funeral services were held at the First Reformed church at Hull at 1:30 p. m. October 2 for Mrs. Peter Bell, 84, of Hull, who died September 30 at the Hull Nursing home. Services were conducted by the Rev. David Ter Beest and burial was made in Hope cemetery at Hull.

Mrs. Bell was born December 4, 1884, in the Netherlands and came to the U. S. at the age of 14. She was married to Peter Bell October 13, 1909, at Hull. He preceded her in death August 6, 1967.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. John Brouwer of Primghar; a son, Norman, of Boyden; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren

The marriage record lists her father was Klaas Cole/Kole and mother was Lena Van Der Maas, she was married 13 October 1909 at Hull Iowa. Peter’s parents were Willem Bell and Maaike De Koster. The surname Kole was found in the Netherlands marriage record of Lena's parents.)
