August Bahlke born 1 Aug 1859 Oppeln, Cuxhaven Lower Saxony, Germany died 17 Mar 1933 Iowa, USA is buried in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery at rural Boyden IA. He was married to Anna Bomke/Boehmke/Bohmke born 1 Dec 1861 Oppeln, Cuxhaven German and died 19 Nov 1943 Iowa . They were married 1887. They were the parents of about eight children, one having been born 14 Jan 1891 and died 18 Jan 1891 and is also buried in St. John’s Lutheran cemetery Boyden IA. This family lived in Wheeler Township in Lyon County IA and attended church in St. John’s Lutheran church which in Sioux County near the border of Lyon County. It is presumed they died in Lyon County.
