LAST RITES FOR MRS. ELBERS WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY

Mrs. Cornelius (Case) Elbers, nee Johanna Weichers, passed away very suddenly Monday evening following a heart attack. Although she had been suffering from diabetes in past years and last Sunday from a slight pain, Mrs. Elbers had been in good health until she died. She had been busy during the day and only during the six o’clock news broadcast did she lay down on the davenport. When the broadcast was finished Mr. Elbers asked if they should get a bite to eat and then he noticed that she had passed away. She had attained the age of 71 years.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, at 1:00 o’clock at the home and at 1:30 o’clock at the First Reformed Church in Hull.

Survivors include three sons: John of Texas, Henry of Carmel, Jake of Hull; and three grandchildren.
