Robyn Collins, 52, of Orange City, Iowa and formerly of Sioux City, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at her home in Orange City.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel at 822 Jennings Street in Sioux City. Visitation will follow the service. Condolences may be offered online at www.meyerbroschapels.com.
Robyn Lynn Collins, was born June 7, 1964, in Omaha, Nebraska. She grew up in Sioux City where she attended Bryant Elementary and North Junior High School, graduating from North High School. Robyn held various jobs and was employed the longest with Merry Maids.
She is survived by her life partner Scott Smith; her mother and step-father Lois and Tom Macfarlane; her sister Jody (Rob) Collins-Skinner of Boston; step-brothers: Greg (Chastity) Macfarlane of Sioux City; Mark (Susan) Macfarlane of Sioux City; step-sisters: Julie (Tony)Albright of Sioux City; Molly (Steve) Brower of Sioux City; and several nieces and nephews: Will Skinner, Ben Skinner, Katie Skinner, Trisha Johnston, Holly Choquette, Carrie Sitz, Joel Van Wyk, Janey Van Wyk, Matthew Macfarlane, Stephanie Macfarlane, Logan Macfarlane, Courtney Brower, Maddie Brower and Grayson Brower. These were all of Robyn’s “Bum Chickey Monkeys” and she loved them all.
Robyn was passionate about her cats and got hers from shelters.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue.  2601 Myrtle St, Sioux City, IA  51103
