Miss Catherine Egan died on Tuesday at the home of her sister, Mrs. F.J. Gallagher at the age of 65 years.

The deceased was born at Minooka, Illinois and leaves to mourn her passing three sisters, Miss Mary Egan of Chicago, Mrs. J. Handlon of Grand Forks, North Dakota, and Mrs. Gallagher.

The latter had gone to San Diego early in the spring to response to a message stating Miss Egan was ill and she decided to take her sister here with her.

Funeral services were held at St. Anthony’s Church on Thursday at 9:30.
