Pioneer Passes At Sioux Center
Mrs. Dingeman Den Hartog 78, a life time resident in the Sioux Center area, died at the local hospital Thursday. Funeral services were held Saturday at the First Ref. Church, Sioux Center, with burial in the Carmel cemetery.

She was born Oct. 16. 1887 at Carmel and was married to Mr. Den Hartog Jan 9, 1909. They farmed until 1935, when Mr. Den Hartog died. She then moved to Sioux Center.

Survivors include six daughters; Mrs. Ernest Y. Mulder and Mrs. Henry Schenk of Sioux Center; Mrs. Walter Warntjes, Boyden; Mrs. Stanley Campagne, Ontario CA, Mrs. Baker Dnke?, Montclair Ca; Miss Marlys San Diego CA; Two sons Gysbert of Chino CA; Pershing of South Gate CA; 3 sisters 3 brothers; 25 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
