Mr. Henrik Brunsting passed away Saturday, May 2 after a lingering illness of several weeks duration. Deceased had lived in this community forty one years. He was married to Jantje (Rons) Brunsting. She died in 1928.

He was a member of the First Reformed Church and served as deacon twenty two years.

He leaves to mourn his departure four sons, Peter, Luke, Albert and Ralph, two daughters Mrs. B. Westra and Mrs. Conrad De Wild, and two brothers besides grandchildren and a host of friends.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon conducted by Reverend G.H. Douwstra in the Holland language and by Reverend L. Brunsting in the American.
