Fred Brunsting Dies Tuesday

Death came to Frederick Brunsting, 51, Tuesday in a Sioux City Hospital.

Mr. Brunsting, who farmed northeast of Hawarden for many years, had been a patient since July 4. He had worked for L. G. Everist, Inc., the past 10 years.

He was born October 15, 1915, to Evert and Jeanette (Zorgdrager) Brunsting in Hawarden and married Lucille Johnson at Ireton November 7, 1939.

He is survived by his widow; three daughters, Mrs. Herbert Peck of Hawarden, Mrs. Bill Ver Mulm of Fairview, South Dakota, and Linda, at home ; two sons, Dennis, who is in the U. S. Army, and Douglas, at home. He has four grandchildren.

He is also survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Brunsting; three brothers, John and Albert of Hawarden and Edward of Sioux Falls, and one sister, Mrs. R. J. Obbink of Hawarden.

Services will be Friday at 2:00 p. m. in the Associated Church in Hawarden with Reverend Herbert Young officiating. Burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery in Hawarden.
