Hull Girl Dies
Miss Carol De Mots about 30 died Tuesday night at Oakdale Sanatorium near Iowa City. She was the daughter of Gerrit De Mots of Hull and is survived by her father, one brother, Scott and a sister Esther, who is married and living in the east. The young woman had been ill for several years. Previously she had taught in California and in the Hull high school. Funeral services will be held Saturday at Hull

Miss Carol De Mots daughter of Mr. G. S. De Mots of this place died Monday evening Jun 23rd at the hospital at Oakdale IA. She had been a patient there for the past thirteen months. The funeral will be held on Saturday afternoon June 18th at 2:00 at the American Reformed Church at Hull with Rev. Schultz of Emmetsburg in charge. Interment will be in Hope cemetery.

Carol De Mots was born at Hull on February 23, 1908 and died at the age of 33 years and 4 months. She had been ill and bed fast almost consistently for the past several years. But always had a pleasing smile and sunny disposition which will surely be missed by her host of friends. She is survived by her father, G. s. De Mots a brother Scott of Hull and a sister Mrs. Esther Cluff.
