Funeral services will be held at the Community Reformed Church in Hawarden at 1 p.m. December 18 for Albert Brunsting, 66, of Hawarden, who died December 14 at the Hawarden Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Services will be conducted by the Reverend Thomas Beech and burial will be in Grace Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Brunsting was born March 15,1909,in Hull. His parents are Evert and Jeabette(Zorgdrager)Brunsting.

He married Gertrude Hulstein on December 7, 1939 in Hawarden. They farmed in the Hawarden area. Mr. Brunsting later was employed at L. G. Everist Gravel Company of Hawarden for 20 years.

Survivors include the widow, a son Roger of Hawarden; six step-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. R.J. Obbink of Hawarden; two brothers, John of Hawarden and Edward of Cedar Rapids.
