Laurence King, the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph King living four miles north of town, died Sunday morning from typhoid fever. His sickness was of short duration about a week.

The funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the Presbyterian church at Boyden and was conducted by Rev. Jory of Sheldon. The family have our deepest sympathy in this hour of sadness
