Clarence Crowley Funeral services for Clarence Crowley, a World War I Veteran, and a former
Resident of this area, were held at St. May's Church Monday, August 6th. Father Richard Zenk read the Mass assisted by Father Walborg, with Greg McConnell and John Suhreptz, two great nephews acted as altar boys.

The deceased was born in 1889 at Inwood, Iowa, and had been in failing health to some time. He was living in the Divine Providence Home in Ivanhoe, Minnesota at the time of his death. His parents, three brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.

Survivors are a sister, Florence Crowley, Sioux Falls, and a brother, James Vincent In the vet's Hospital, Knoxville, Iowa; besides numerous nephews and nieces. Acting pall bearers were; Martin Cullinan, Claire Barry, Ralph Mauser, Paul Barry, Joe Hevern, Clarence Keegan.
