Died: 1946Funeral services were held on Monday morning at St. Joseph’s Church in Struble for Mrs. Kate Bertram, former resident of Struble who died at her home in Sioux City Thursday, at the age of 61. She was born at Maurice on September 7, 1884, and lived in Struble and Le Mars after her marriage to William Bertram, later moving to Sioux City.
She is survived by her husband and two sons, Clare of Sioux City and Raymond of Peoria, Illinois. Also two brothers, Charles McDonald of Hawarden and Hugh McDonald of Pueblo, Colorado. Burial was at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Maurice.
