Harry Collins Wed Monday Evening
Harry Collins resident of Ireton practically his entire life, passed away At his home Monday evening at about 8 o'clock. He had been in poor health for some years and at times his condition became serious but he rallied and was able to be up and about. He was down town greeting his friends Saturday bat Sunday afternoon he was stricken with a heart attack and complications from which he failed to rally.

Funeral services will be held from the home at 2 O'clock this afternoon with Rev. C. W. Tompkins of Rock Rapids, a former pastor of Ireton, in charge. Interment win be in Pleasant Hill cemetery.

Harry Collins, son of the late Arthur C. Collins and Elizabeth Collins, was born in Ireton July 1, 1886, and passed away October 7, 1940, having attained the age of 54 years, 3 months and 7 days. He was married to Emma Reid of Spirit Lake November 17, 1915 and to this union 14 children were born, two dying in infancy and childhood. The children who survive him are Bob and Mrs. Betty Hout of Hawarden; Glenn of Decatur, Ala.; and Edwin, Ben, Bonnie, Mary, Leon, Conrad, Bruce, Carol and Kay at home. He also leaves two brothers and two sisters, Arthur of Swea City, and Kenneth of Decatur, Ala., Mrs. Naomi Muth of Lead, S. D., and Mrs. Velda Meredith of Decatur, Ala. There is one grandchild. The deceased was well liked by all who knew him and the widow and children have the sympathy of the entire community in their great loss.

Harry Collins Dies Of Heart Attack
Ireton. Special: Harry Collins, 54, of Ireton, passed away at his home Oct. 7, following a heart attack. He has lived in Ireton all his life. Survivors include his widow, twelve children, two brothers and two sisters. –Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. at the home and interment will take place at Pleasant Hill cemetery.
