YOUNG WIFE CALLED BY DEATH
Mrs. Carl Christopherson Died Last Thursday in Sioux Falls
Mrs. Carl Christopherson passed away at 4:45 last Thursday morning in a Sioux Falls hospital. She had been in the hospital ten days during which time she submitted five times to the tapping of her lung.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 Sunday afternoon at the home of her parents in Eagle township and at 2 o'clock at the Rock River Lutheran church, with Rev. Gronseth in charge. Interment was made in the Ireton cemetery.

Bernice Caroline Webert was born July 21, 1909, and passed away Oct. 1, 1931, at the age of 22 years, 3 months and 10 days. She was born and raised in Eagle township. She attended the Ireton high school for two years and was baptized and confirmed in the Rock River Lutheran church. She was united in marriage to Carl Christopherson of Sioux Falls on Sept. 21, 1929, and since that time they have been living in Sioux Falls.

This young woman was a loving wife, daughter and sister. She was faithful in her work and was always willing to help in need. She is survived by her husband, Carl Christopherson; her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Webert; three sisters, Fern, Arlene.and Neva Jean Webert, and two brothers, Leslie and Ordean Webert. Many relatives and friends will also mourn her death.
