CHATSWORTH MAN DIED AT HAWARDEN HOSPITAL THIS MORNING

Louis Becker of Chatsworth passed away at the Hawarden Hospital at 3:30 this morning from a heart ailment. He entered the Hawarden Hospital two weeks ago and it was known at that time that his condition was serious and he grew weaker gradually until death claimed him. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.

Louis Becker was about 63 years of age. For many years he lived in the Akron vicinity where he was engaged in gardening but about four years ago he came to Chatsworth and for a time he did gardening there. Last fall he moved into the Mrs. Mary Bockelman home and since then made his home there. His son, Carl Becker, of Chicago, was notified of his serious illness and arrived in Hawarden Wednesday afternoon and was at his father’s bedside when death claimed him.
