David Sivill, 66, of Hawarden, Iowa passed away suddenly Saturday, December 26, 2015 at his home.

Family graveside services were held at Omaha Valley Cemetery, Near Homer, Nebraska. Expressions of sympathy can be expressed to the family through www.carlsenfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are with the Carlsen Funeral Home of Le Mars.

David William Sivill was born June 27, 1949 to William John and Rosemary (Molden) Sivill. He graduated from Central High School in June of 1968 and joined the United States Air Force in July of 1968. He attended basic training at Chanute, Illinois and was later deployed to Thailand for two years, Germany for 4 years, and for the last 14 years of his career he was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base until his retirement in 1989. He moved to Merrill, Iowa to aid his ailing father and grandmother. In June of 2012, David moved to Hawarden, Iowa.

Survivors include Ken of San Diego, California, Jack of Salt Lake City, Utah, Laura, William “Willy” all of Las Vegas, Nevada and Thomas of Pahrump, NV.
