Funeral services for Mary Jane Frank, 60, Spirit Lake, were held Monday, December 28 at 10 a.m. at the Turner Funeral Home in Spirit Lake with the Rev. Henrietta Klarenbeek officiating. Mary Jane passed away at her home on Friday, December 25.

Mary Jane Frank was born July 19, 1927 at Ireton, to Harry and Emma I. (Reed) Collins. She attended high school at Ireton. On April 5,1948, she was married to Rocky Frank at Jackson, MN. She was
a retired office manager of 27 years of Memorial Hospital of Gardenna, CA, and Beach Center Dialysis Center. She had lived in California for approximately 35 years moving here in 1985.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and V:F.W. Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter Kathy Dextradeur of Canoga Park, CA; a son Dennis of North Carolina; daughter-in-law Mary Ellen Fronk; three grandchildren: Angela, Dean and Stephanie; four brothers: Glen, Decatur, AL, Ben, Minnesota, Leon of Lake Park; and Conrad Collins; four sisters: Betty Timmons, Hawarden; Bonnie Newberg, South Dakota, Carol Alesch, Marcus, and Kaye Antrim of South Dakota. Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery in Spirit Lake with the Turner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
