YOUNG LIFE TAKEN

Mr. and Mrs. Spain who reside eight miles northwest of Rock Valley mourn the death of their daughter Therisa, who died Tuesday morning [Jan. 13] at ten o'clock after an illness of a few weeks with typhoid fever. The deceased was a bright talented young girl of ten years of age and her untimely death has cast a gloom over the neighborhood where she lived. She was a sister of Mrs. Leo O'Connor of this city and she also has other relatives living in Rock Valley. Several from here attended the funeral which was held at Alvord Thursday forenoon.
