Herbert Clark residing west of town (would be in Sioux county) died very suddenly Monday August eighth 1910 of sun stroke. He was stacking straw and had mounted the stack when he complained and said he was not feeling well and then dropped dead.
The funeral was held on Wednesday from the Church of the Brethren and was conducted by Rev. J. e. Rolston. Interment was made in the Sheldon cemetery.
