Leslie Wayne Moss, 54, of Carmel died unexpectedly Friday, June 5, at Carmel.

Services were at 1:30 P.M. Monday, June 8, at Carmel Reformed Church with the Reverend Robert Hector officiating. Burial was in the Carmel Cemetery.

Moss was born June 18, 1937, in Sioux Center, the son of John and Gertrude(Bouma) Moss. He attended country school at Plato 8 Township. He then attended Hope Haven Work Activity Center.

He was a member of Carmel Reformed Church.

Survivors include his mother, Gertrude; four brothers and their wives, Alvin and Grace of Litchfield Park, Arizona, Neal and Trina and Myron and Fran, all of Sioux Center, and Harlan and Pat of Edgerton, Minnesota; two sisters and their husbands, Mary and John B. Van Middendorp of Sioux Center and Eileen and Kenneth A. Kooima of Rock Valley; 30 nieces and nephews; and nine great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Moss.
