Dowie J. "Jim" Hymans, 57, of Hull, died January 26, 1975 after a six month illness.

Services were held Jan. 29 in the American Reformed Church.

Mr. Hymans was born in Steen, MN, was a lifelong resident of Hull. He married Dorothy Jean Mak in 1945. He was secretary/treasurer of Hymans Construction since 1935. He was a World War II veteran, civic and church leader.

Survivors include the widow, a daughter, three sons, others.
