MRS. IVA KEMPER
Mrs. Iva Kemper, 73, of Hawarden died Sunday, November 18, at her home. Services were at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday, November 21, in the Associated Church in Hawarden. The Rev. Fredrich Mellberg officiated. Burial was in t h e Grace Hill Cemetery. Visitation was held Tuesday, Nov. 20 from 7:30-8:30 p.m. in the Dow Funeral Home.

Mrs. Kemper, the former Iva Taylor, was born July 27, 1911, near Ireton. She married Henry Kemper October 17, 1931. They farmed in the Hawarden and Ireton area until retiring in 1961. He died Feb. 16,1963. Mrs. Kemper was a member of the Associated Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Mose (Marlys) Hendricks of Hawarden , Mrs. Don (Dorothy)Schneider of rural Akron and Mrs.Merlyn (Charlene) Newman of Viroqua, Wis.; three sons, Floyd " B u d " of Ireton, William of Woodinville, Wash.; and Dave of Sioux Falls, S.D.; 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren
